Welcome to Change Driven Coaching

My own career has been a journey across industries, countries, and cultures — one that has shaped how I guide others through change.

I began my professional path at Toyota Motor Europe in Brussels, where I gained first-hand experience in a fast-paced, highly competitive, multinational environment. From there, I moved to Stuttgart, Germany, working in the banking and insurance sector, developing a deep understanding of structure, precision, and client-focused solutions.

My career then led me into the telecommunications industry, where I took on IT project management and later management responsibilities—building teams, driving agile transformation, and ensuring business continuity in a highly dynamic field. Most recently, I served as Customer Care Manager for Europe, leading international teams and ensuring service excellence across diverse markets. 

Today I live in the Tampa Bay Area in Florida, living and working in another country yet again. 

Alongside my professional journey, I pursued academic growth with two Master’s degrees in Business—one in Germany and one in Sydney, Australia — equipping me with a strong theoretical foundation and a truly global perspective.

Through these experiences, I discovered my true passion: supporting people through change. Whether it’s expatriates settling into new countries, managers leading through transformation, or individuals seeking clarity in times of transition—I help my clients turn uncertainty into opportunity.
